Reason analysis:

Treatment measures:

The basic moisture content and the air humidity should be within the safe range.

2. Drum of plastic layer.

Reason analysis:

During construction, the base moisture content is high, or the air humidity is high, or the slurry water is high, or the diluent is high, resulting in the reaction of the isocyanate root in pu materials, producing carbon dioxide. When the plastic material reaches a certain strength, the carbon dioxide cannot spread to the outside of the material completely, and gradually accumulates inside the material, causing a blister on the surface of the plastic surface.

Treatment measures:

Preventive measures:

The basic moisture content and air humidity should be in the safe range. Before construction, we should make a small test.

3. The product has not been cured after the curing period, and there is no big reason for strength or viscosity:

(1) during construction, the material proportion error exceeds the safety range, resulting in the imbalance of component proportion, resulting in the material not producing crosslinking reaction, so that the material is too viscous and not even strong.

(2) no catalyst, too little catalyst dose or failure of catalyst. These three aspects will cause the material to be unable to react completely, affecting the strength of the material.

(3) the diluent is not qualified and contains other impurities, such as alcohol, water, etc., causing the molecular chain to be blocked in the reaction of the plastic material, unable to form the polymer, or causing the imbalance of proportion.
