The characteristics of plastic runway.
Release date:2018-04-19 Author: Click:
All plastic type of plastic runway characteristics, construction technology, technical parameters and test method and hybrid are exactly the same, the difference is that a hybrid of runway elastic layer, have no more than 25% of the black rubber granules, type and all plastic runway without add black rubber particles.
Main material is a two-component polyurethane, base layer for the natural rubber and synthetic rubber, mixed mineral fillers, stabilizers and pigment in 280-300 ℃ high temperature sulfur hardening forming an organic whole. Combined with sports science and material science, it can fully satisfy and reflect the professional requirements of athletes on the runway.
No solvent plastic runway.
Non-solvent plastic runway process description:
The solvent-free plastic runway is an environment-friendly plastic runway made of non-toxic moving surface materials, belonging to the system of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). MDI composite surface material has no solvent, no foul odor, no pollution of waterborne polyurethane runway material. It is eliminating toxic system of TDI polyurethane runway materials of environmental protection movement pavement materials, high-tech and advanced performance, safety, renewable, suitable for various conditions, less damaging to the human body. Its specific characteristics are as follows:
1: do not contain TDI, excluding toxic volatile solvent such as benzene, toluene, xylene, contains no plasticizer, no harmful additives such as heavy metals, no volatile odor, to the human body and environment friendly, fully meet the environmental requirements;
2: high efficiency, convenient construction, stick relay is strong, laid, curing speed, spraying or mechanical paving etc to meet the demand of the construction, the laying process without peculiar smell, does not affect the normal school teaching activities and the surrounding residents normal life;
3: no odor, no harmful material emission, and less pollution to the environment after being put into use.
